Liz Haywood

Liz Haywood trained as a patternmaker way back in 1990/91, and worked in the fashion industry in Australia and the UK for 20 years. For some years she also worked as a sewing teacher and knitting pattern writer. She's the author of the award winning books The Dressmaker's Companion (2017) and Zero Waste Sewing (2020), and now writes zero waste patterns for home sewing. Her weekly blog is called The Craft of Clothes and she's on Instagram @lizhaywood3754. Liz lives in country Australia with her family.
